An institution in the Texas Hill Country Hays City Store serves scratch-made comfort food, hand-crafted cocktails, and over 50 beers on tap. Reservations can be made 24 hours in advance Mo-Th. No reservations on the weekend. Weekends usually have live music, so go early and enjoy a cocktail while waiting for a table.
